Ambassador Djerejian discusses U.S. foreign policy in Armenia and the Caucasus

On Thursday evening, Oct. 25, Baker Institute founding director Edward P. Djerejian spoke at Faneuil Hall in Boston for the third annual K. George and Carolann S. Najarian, M.D. Lecture on Human Rights. Djerejian’s address, titled “An American Ambassador’s Reflections on U.S. Foreign Policy in the Middle East and Caucasus,” discussed his experiences as a practitioner of U.S. foreign policy and the ongoing challenges for Armenia and the Caucasus.

The Najarian Lecture was a public program of the Armenian Heritage Foundation and celebrated the opening of the Armenian Heritage Park on the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway. The purpose of the endowed lecture series is to advance understanding of human rights issues and societal abuses worldwide, and to increase awareness of the work of individuals and organizations so that we are all more actively engaged.
