Baker Institute Energy Forum director Amy Myers Jaffe has a blog post today on this weekend’s decision by the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to leave OPEC quotas unchanged. She says the decision doesn’t mean oil production from the producer group won’t be rising next year.
